Cancellation
In consideration to our staff and other clients, we require at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment. Missed appointments will result in a 50% charge of the service. You will need to pay this fee over the phone or in person.
Late to appointment
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to provide you service and a cancellation fee will apply.
